What You Should Know
Mailbox Reminder
Just a reminder to watch out for bees in the mailbox enclosures. We will be spraying for them once we are at that time of the year and the need arises.
Winter Parking
During SNOW STORMS, DO NOT PARK in the streets or in front of mailboxes. Plows can't properly plow if vehicles are in the road and mail can't be delivered.
Pet Owner Responsibilities
Welcome to the neighborhood! Just a friendly reminder to homeowners of the responsibilities of pet ownership. Please be considerate of your neighbors and not allow your pet(s) to become a nuisance to any fellow homeowners.
The Board of Directors continues to receive complaints from homeowners regarding unleashed pets, pets allowed to roam and defecate on neighboring lawns, pet owners who do not promptly clean up after their animals (both on their own property and in common areas), and dogs continually barking from open screen windows, doors, and back yards.
The Declaration states: The Board of Directors may prohibit certain types of pets entirely. The Board of Directors shall have the right to require
any Owner (or any lessee or family member or invitee of any Owner or lessee)
to dispose of any pet or remove such pet from the Home and/or the Property, if in the opinion of the Board of Directors, acting in its sole discretion, such pet is creating a nuisance because, e.g., the owner of the pet does not clean up after the animal, the animal is noisy or the animal is not properly controlled. In the case of a dog or cat, it must be kept leashed and not allowed to roam or run freely about the Property.
The Board of Directors and your fellow neighbors welcome both you and your pets to the neighborhood and request that you abide by these simple rules to ensure the harmony between all homeowners and pets.
Thank you for your cooperation.
